According to our partners at the Daytona Beach News-Journal, deputies were alerted late Tuesday night and sent to a location based on the cell phone's signal.
Dispatchers said they learned based on the conversation they heard over the phone that the three were in a tow truck, and they heard the name "Harry."
Moments later, deputies pulled over a Harry's Towing truck.
In an audio recording of the 911 call, a man who later identifies himself as Matthew is heard swearing as he is pulled over before being questioned by a Volusia County deputy, who informed him their conversation about selling drugs was overheard by 911 dispatchers for several minutes.
