The WHO is such a thoroughly compromised and corrupt insitution that even this kind of remedial PR spin -- allegedly acknowledging obvious faults -- isn't going to give it any credibility.
It's time to dump the WHO and to, instead, develop and depend upon a network of national health institutions ... Of course, we'll need to clean those up first...
Also, I wonder if Donald Rumsfeld had anything to do with decalring the "pandemic," bearing in mind that he is so heavily invested in Tamiflu.
