Blogger Vlad Zablotskyy Sued by ePerks for Negative Review

Blogger Vlad Zablotsky of sageblogger.com writes about a review that a ePerks asked him to write, but then nasty comments about the company appeared. Vlad Zablotskyy then went in-depth about the ePerks drama, and now he is being sued by Ben Behrouzi of ePerks. Can ya believe it?
As Vlad says, if you want to help him fight this ridiculous lawsuit...
There are few ways that you my friends bloggers can draw attention to this what looks like inevitable court case. I will appreciate any an all help I can receive. If you have ever received any solicitation e-mails from ePerks please forward them to vlad@go-beyond-mls.com - but not just copy and past the text of the e-mail, froward it with the headers because they may contain very important information about networks and IP Address used to send them.
In a subtle twist of irony that could occur only with America's, so-called version of free speech, it will take $5000 just to start Vlad's defense of the specious lawsuit as well. (Nothing is free about speech anymore, is it?)
He has a defense fund here that Greg Swann, fellow blogger, has set up and I would like to list it here: Vlad Zablosky's Legal Defense Fund
Greg Swann, after defending me on his blog and bringing the attention of real estate agents nationwide to this issue , has created the defense fund to help me in fight this case. I have no words to describe my gratitude to him or to anyone who offered their support so far.

Vlad,
I have no idea what you just did but clearly your mind shifts like the wind. I have now made my effort to work outside of the legal system and have no regrets with the suit that we will file shortly, which will stay in California for various reasons you'll be made aware of by the way.
At this point any and all of your activities are being recorded by the watchful eyes of our legal team for use in assessing damages.
At this point I am ending your conversations on proposals, as this avenue and conversation are now over.

Absolutely right. I have deduced that ePerks is a bully being run by a bully and nothing Vlad or the comments left by other readers on the review of ePerks made this decision for me. The fact they would try to impede him is all that I needed to see. And the blogosphere is funny like that.
